In the ultimate quest for inner beauty and outer glow, Marie Claire asks our favorite trailblazers to share intel on finding balance in their busy lives. Read it all here, in Beauty Inside Out

Sharon Chuter has been working behind the scenes to make beauty more inclusive for decades. And after working with legacy brands like L’Oréal, Revlon, and Benefit Cosmetics, the Nigerian-born exec decided there was still more to be done to make herself and women of color feel represented. So in 2018, Chuter took inclusivity into her own hands and founded UOMA Beauty, now a major leader in color cosmetics and skincare. Here, how the founder, CEO, and creative director keeps her cool while changing the game.

Recipe for Success: Chuter's Eggs a la Française

    Make the eggs:

Add 3 large eggs, lightly beaten with 3 tbs water, to a saucepan. ("Most people use milk, but water makes them fluffier.") Cook the eggs, constantly stirring, for 58 minutes. Once eggs have started to fluff, add 1 tbs truffle oil. Top the eggs off with cracked pepper and truffle salt. ("There’s never been such a thing as too much truffle, so if you have shaved truffle laying around, add that in too!")
