You probably know Bobbi Brown as the makeup artist founder behind her eponymous global cosmetics line. Add to that best-selling author, mother of three boys, all-around wellness obsessee, and serial entrepreneur. Since leaving her namesake brand in 2016, she has launched the supplements company Evolution_18 and a new beauty venture called Jones Road. How does Brown, 63, keep herself in check? For starters, two glasses of lemon water to help her feel “hydrated and alkalized” each morning. Later, she wraps the day with a vodka on the rocks (“which I also consider part of my self-care routine,” says Brown) and some deep breathing. “It seems simple, but taking a few deep breaths and shutting off the chatter before bed clears my mind and brings me an instant calm.” Here, more of her top feel-good finds and a smoothie recipe that powers her through just about anything.

Recipe for Success: Bobbi Brown's Chocolate Collagen Smoothie

Blend and Serve

1. Add 1 cup of almond milk or preferred plant-based milk, 2 tbsp. cacao powder, 1 scoop Evolution_18 Beauty Collagen, and 1 shot of espresso (optional) to a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth (about 3060 seconds).

3. Pour over 3-5 ice cubes and serve. (You can even make it the night before, chill in fridge, and serve the next morning.)
