After some kasual legal drama to the tune of a $180 million lawsuit, Kardashian Beauty is back with a new "Fierce" collection. In addition to slew of face-beat-ready offerings for lips, eyes, face, it boasts brand new packaging (black and gold, as opposed to white and rose gold) and its own inspirational hashtags: #BeFierce, #LiveFierce, and #NoApologies. Maaajor I-ain't-sorry vibes.

The Kontour Kase
The most hyped of the new launches for obvious reasons, the Kountour Kases are available in two different sets of shade options, each one having a contour, conceal, and highlight cream. Now I'm not exactly a master—even thought I did cut my teeth with the very man who taught Kim K to contour (Sorry, Joe!)—but I was really feeling the super-compact, toss-it-in-your -bag palette at first. It smoothed on and blended nicely with my wet beautyblender. This said, after a few hours of wear my skin looked parched. But for a 3-in-1 at $15.99, it wasn't terrible.

The Lip Slayer Lipsticks
I will not pull punches—the biggest draw of these lipsticks are their names. I was excited about a few of the shimmery opaque shades, particularly the eye-popping coral "Damn Gina" and pink-y nude "Goals." The problem was that the formula was too thick, it tasted like what you imagine old-fashioned lipstick tastes like, and didn't have great staying power.

The No Apologies Face Kit
The three combination kits—Werk It, Slay It, and Own It— each have a highlighter, blush, and eight different eyeshadows, which are split into two, four-square quads. One is for "Daytime" and the other is for "Playtime." As far as choosing one it all comes down to what you want: the bronzy browns (Werk), earthy browns (Slay), or , smoky-ready statement hues (Own). If (and only if) you know what you're doing, these are the best bang for your buck.

The No Apologies Foundation
Of all the new offerings, I was definitely most skeptical about the foundation, but it wasn't too shabby with the help of a wet beautyblender. For $12.99, it made good on its promise of long-wearing, buildable coverage with a satin-y finish. However, it was a little chalky, which might explain why the light-refracting "Chandalier Complex" technology wasn't exactly evident.

The No Apologies Koncealer
The concealer was another pleasant surprise, though I'm a little peeved at the lack of variety in shades. While it doesn't hold a candle to the $30 formula I swear by daily, it delivered solid coverage for a variety of imperfections from redness to dark marks and melted into the skin nicely. I even tried "baking" my dark circles and my lack of sleep was at least 50% less evident. Not bad, not bad at all.
