We're starting to sound like a broken record here, but we can't emphasize enough how important it is to thoroughly cleanse your hair in the age of dry shampoo. You need to give your scalp the same TLC as your face, otherwise unspeakable things start to happen beneath the surface.

As of late, we've been reaching for a new kind of treatment to address all the buildup. You know how clay masks are the best thing ever for your skin? They're equally great for the hair and scalp as the clay works like a magnet to draw toxins from the hair. Our go to is L'Oréal's Extraordinary Clay Pre-Shampoo Mask because 1) We're obsessed with pre-shampoo treatments and 2) It's super easy to slather on and leave on for five minutes before jumping into the shower. The blend of different refined clays works to nix the grease while also conditioning and hydrating the hair. We like to gently rub it into our scalp with our fingertips and give ourselves a head massage as the stimulation is also great for scalp health. Another pro?
