As women, there is so much we can learn from one another. Each year, Marie Claire hosts the Power Trip conference—an event designed to empower and connect influential women from all kinds of industries. We teamed up with Stitch Fix to ask the successful leaders in attendance this year, including the brand's founder and CEO Katrina Lake, what mantra has been most meaningful to them in their professional journeys.

Lake shared her mantra of allowing herself to believe in what's possible, a mindset that's helped her become the youngest woman to take a company public and be vocal about causes like parity in parental leave.
