Remember when Passengers came out and the press tour with Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt was extremely cute because they're good friends? Well speaking of friends, people can definitely work together, form a fun dynamic, and *not* be having an affair—as was the case with Lawrence and Pratt.
But that didn't stop rumors that an on-set relationship between the co-stars was the reason Pratt's marriage to Anna Faris ended, and Lawrence is finally addressing the issue.
"I never had an affair with Chris Pratt on Passengers," the actress said while talking to KISS FM. "That’s a good one…I mean they got a divorce like two years later and everybody was like Jennifer Lawrence! And I was like what the…what I’m in Montreal two years later."
For her part, Faris addressed the rumors about her husband cheating with Lawrence in her book, writing, "Before they met in person, my publicist, out of the blue, pulled me aside. 'Anna, listen there are going to be paparazzi all over them,' she said. 'There are going to be shots of them laughing together on their way to set. There are going to be stories circulating, and you have to brace yourself for this.' Jennifer and I really are friendly, and she was apologetic even though she didn’t need to be, because she hadn’t done anything wrong."
