Sophie Turner's Tattoo Actually Spoiled the 'Game of Thrones' Ending a Year Ago

Warning: Spoilers ahead for Game of Thrones' final episode.

Well, well, well: It looks like Sophie Turner did give away a major Game of Thrones finale spoiler last June when she got her Game of Thrones wrap tattoo. Turner got a tattoo then of the Stark house wolf with the words "The pack survives" written under it. She claimed at the time that it was from a quote in season 7, which is true...but it was also a spoiler for the Stark children's fate.

All the Stark siblings—her character Sansa Stark, Arya Stark, Bran Stark, and their "half-brother" Jon Snow (who actually wasn't their brother at all but Aegon Targaryen)—made it out alive in the final episode. Sansa became Queen of the North, and Bran got the Iron Throne, to the shock and rage of many fans. No Stark died!

Turner told James Corden last year when he asked whether the tattoo was a spoiler that oh absolutely no, it wasn't a spoiler; just a moral "I like to live by" (but it was.)

"Yeah, actually while I was getting it done, people advised me not to because it looked like I was giving everything away, but I wasn’t," she said during her June appearance. "It’s just quote from last season. But everyone figures the pack really does survive, but it’s just a moral that I like to live by." Her delivery wasn't entirely convincing then, but you can't blame her for trying to play coy. Her boyfriend Joe Jonas had to sign an NDA for just watching her shoot the final season on set, after all.
