From LA to New York, Montana to Dallas, there are girls across the country experimenting with different beauty looks. Not to mention, their skincare routines. Whether they're battling the harsh winters in New York City or the humidity in Miami, each city poses a unique situation. Here, seven bloggers in seven very different cities share their beauty must do's (and must-don'ts).

    CHICAGO

    Jennifer Worman, @redsolesandredwine

"In Chicago, there isn't a uniform style—it's all about individual confidence. Skin shines through light foundation, hair is loose and natural, and women go with a nude or bold lip depending on their personal style. Plus, daily serums and eye creams are a must."

"Whether it's for the gym, the grocery store, or a black tie gala, Texas girls get dressed up, which means big, blown out hair, and pretty makeup. My musts: dry shampoo to make my blowout last, BB cream with SPF, and face lotion to hydrate skin that gets dried out from the Texas heat."

    MIAMI

    Afroza Khan

    Afroza Khan, @chicstylista

"Miami is all about laid-back comfort. The hot and humid weather means wavy hair that can easily go up in a messy bun or a fishtail braid later in the day. Sun-kissed makeup and dewy skin (face oil is a big Miami beauty trend!) with sheer nude lips is always a favorite look in this city."

TRY: Elizabeth Arden Sunset Bronze Prismatic Bronzing Powder in Warm Bronze, $40; Leonor Greyl Condition Naturelle, $38; Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Luminous Lip Gloss in Latte, $19.

    Megan Elliot, @lushtoblush

"In Atlanta, people aren't afraid to stand out and stay true to their own style. There's no better way to elevate a beauty look than a fun, bold lip color. It not only brings a splash of color, it also adds the perfect complement to that eclectic Atlanta style. Being in the Southern heat, we have to use SPF to protect our skin from the strong sun and moisturizer—or a serum—is a must."

    Christine Bibbo Herr, @NYCPretty

"With an always-on-the-go lifestyle, New York City girls want to look chic and pulled together without too much fuss. Think: a simple braid that can go from a workout to work, makeup with SPF built-in, and a rosy blush for simply flushed cheeks."

TRY: Redken Braid Aid, $18.75; Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE Anti-Aging Foundation Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30, $65; Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Radiance Blush in Blushing Pink, $26.50

"Seattle grunge used to be about the 'zero effort' perception. For natural-looking, glowy skin, using a tinted moisturizer or BB Cream is a must. And applying a sleep mask a couple times a week lets you wake up looking refreshed. A subtle nail color adds the final detail to any look."

TRY: Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Overnight Firming Mask, $88;Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Perfectly Satin Foundation, $38.50; Deborah Lippmann Nail Lacquer in Shifting Sands, $18.

    Lindsay Luv, @lindsayluv

"With the perpetual sunshine so unique to Cali, the first concern is sun protection. Bright sunny days lend themselves to a more natural and bohemian beauty look, while the glamour of Hollywood and my work as a DJ means nights are all about looking glam. For day, I prep with a rich moisturizing cream with SPF to protect against sun damage and pollution and then I sweep on a matte bronzer and blush. At night I add a golden highlighter and smoke out my eye makeup with extra shadow and eyeliner. Bedtime means a clarifying clay face wash to combat the the LA smog followed by a Vitamin C face serum to refresh my skin and lessen any sun damage from the day."

TRY: Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE City Smart Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Hydrating Shield, $68; Elizabeth Arden Color Intrigue Bronzing Powder Duo, $35; Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Smoky Eyes Pencil in Smoky Black, $19

    A collection of beauty products.
