Today in foreseeable news, Forbeshas announced Beyoncé as the top-earning woman in music for 2014. We thought 2013 had been her tour de force year — she raked in $53 million — but considering she's more than doubled that total, pulling in $115 million just this year, she's officially a superhuman. During the scoring period, Bey played over 95 shows, bringing in an average of $2.4 million per city, and also had endorsement deals with HM and Pepsi. And let us not forget her self-titled surprise album that swept the charts.

"Like everyone else, you work really hard and you want it to be great; you want your friends to like it," she told Forbes five years ago. "What makes me feel comfortable is practice and knowing I'm prepared."

We're equally unsurprised that Taylor Swift ranks second behind Bey, having had the most successful year of her career with a cool $64 million. Following the county-cum-pop star are Pink ($54 million), Rihanna ($48 million), and Katy Perry ($40 million). Ladies who earned double-digit millions, but didn't make the top ten include Madonna, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, and Miranda Lambert.
