There has been a lot of buzz and hype surrounding Lady Gaga's Super Bowl Halftime show—not to mention some epically large shoes to fill after Beyoncé's flawless performance last year. But Lady Gaga did *not* disappoint during this year's performance.

The singer has been documenting her performance prep on Insta—which, naturally, includes cartwheeling through the end zone and "everyday all day" training. "I've been planning this since I was 4, so I know exactly what I'm going to do," Gaga said in a behind the scenes video. "For me, it's all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn't normally come together."

Rumors have been flying about what surprises Gaga had in store leading up to the show. While it's true that Gaga will break Super Bowl tradition by not having any guest appearances—except for a pre-taped introduction by Tony Bennett— Gaga very slyly avoided confirming whether or not she'll be suspended in the air. Not that we'd be surprised by an aerial show. This *is* Lady Gaga, after all!

The moment we've all been waiting for has finally arrived. Behold: the wonder that is Lady Gaga's halftime show.

Gaga opened the show on the literal roof of the stadium, where she performed a combo of "God Bless America" and "This Land Is Your Land" before DIVING ONTO THE FIELD. From there, she performed an epic medley of her greatest hits, including "Poker Face," "Born This Way," "Telephone," "Million Reasons," and, of course, "Bad Romance."

And she did it all in a sparkly unitard (and eventually some sparkly shoulder pads, because football). Yep, that's our Gaga.
