What is the RediPromise?
The RediPromise is Red Roof’s price match guarantee. If you book directly through the Red Roof website and find a cheaper rate for the exact same room and dates within 24 hours of booking, they won’t just match the lower price. Red Roof will deposit enough RediPoints into your account to cover a completely free future night's stay. You must submit the claim at least one business day before your scheduled arrival to qualify.
How many RediPoints do I need for a free night?
To redeem a completely free night at a standard Red Roof Inn or Red Roof PLUS+ location, you need 8,500 points. If you want to stay at one of their boutique properties in The Red Collection, a free night costs 14,000 points.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! One of the biggest reasons people choose Red Roof is their great pet policy. Unlike many other hotel chains that hit you with big, non-refundable pet fees at check-in, Red Roof Inn and Red Roof PLUS+ locations are famously pet-friendly and generally allow one well-behaved pet (up to 80 lbs) to stay completely free of charge.
What is Red Roof's cancellation policy?
Cancellation rules depend on the specific hotel and the exact rate tier you select at checkout. Most standard flexible-rate bookings allow you to cancel without penalty as long as you do so at least a day or two before your arrival.
However, if you book a discounted advance purchase rate, the booking is generally non-refundable.

Government and Military Discount: If you are an active-duty service member, a veteran, a retiree, or a government worker, you automatically qualify for a 10% discount off the standard room rate at any of their 700+ nationwide locations. Also, if you're a verified WeSalute member, Red Roof increases that discount to 15% off your stay. To get your discount, you need to select "Government/Military" from the special rate dropdown menu when searching, and be sure to present your valid military ID or WeSalute card at the front desk when you check in.
Advance Purchase Discount: If you have your travel dates set, do not wait until the last minute to book your room. Red Roof offers an Advance Purchase Discount that can save you up to 20% off the best available rate. However, advance purchases are non-refundable, so only do this if you are 100% positive your plans will not change.
Use RediSave: When you are a RediRewards member, you earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. You can save them up for a completely free night (which requires at least 8,500 points). By using the RediSave feature at checkout, you can cash in just 4,250 points to get a massive 30% discount on your nightly rate.
How to use your Red Roof coupon code
