The fall 2024 runways have me excited about denim again. While my style tends to revolve around basics, this season's slate of denim trends is too good to miss out on. Luckily, I only need to look in the current sale sections at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue to find every trendy, luxury denim piece I have my eye on for less than $300.

Denim is (finally) fun again. Jeans are becoming baggier and wider in the leg than ever before. Monse and Christian Dior have fashioned the classic fabric into some seriously cute dresses and skirts. Tory Burch and Victoria Beckham have also reignited my love for dark-wash denim styles (which are especially cute for your fall office outfits!) after a summer spent living my lighter iterations. Controversial skinny jeans returned to the runways at Miu Miu this season, so I may just pull them out of retirement. Oh—and I spotted plenty of metallic styles at brands like Stella McCartney and Etro.

Because I don't have an off-the-runway budget, I found everything I need on sale. From now until September 25, you can save up to 50 percent off on newly on-sale items at Neiman Marcus. The retailer is also running a Friends and Family sale right now, giving shoppers 25 percent off on select items. On the other hand, Saks Fifth Avenue is running a Friends and Family sale of its own, granting shoppers 25 percent off on new arrivals until September 29.

I did the hard work—perusing both sale sections and pulling together a selection of trendy styles for you to shop. Every piece hails from one of my favorite denim brands, like Frame, Mother, Rag Bone, and Good American. I even included photos from the runways to help inspire your fall outfit ideas. Keep scrolling for all the cutest finds.

    Taylor Ultra High-Rise Barrel Jeans

DL1961 Taylor Ultra High-Rise Barrel Jeans (Were $249)

Nicholas the Label Safia Denim Utility Minidress (Was $375)
    $281 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

This mini dress from Nicholas made me stop scrolling in awe. I love the hourglass shape and the brown contrast stitching—it would go so well with a pair of light brown boots and a suede bag like Bella Hadid's favorite Coach Brooklyn bag.

    Theory Short-Sleeve Denim Button-Front Shirt

    Theory Short-Sleeve Denim Button-Front Shirt (Was $325)
    $146 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

    Mother The Mid-Rise Dazzler Jeans

Mother The Mid-Rise Dazzler Jeans (Were $248)
    $186 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

These remind me of the jeans I used to wear in the 2000s, but not in a bad way. The medium wash, mid-rise fit, and ankle-grazing hem are all details that feel nostalgic and fitting for a trend that's nostalgic in and of itself.

Ms. Ava High-Rise Retro Skinny Jeans

Triarchy Ms. Ava High-Rise Retro Skinny Jeans (Were $289)
    $217 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

Some of us (myself included) only stick to jeans with a high rise, and that's okay! This pair is extra special because it's made from plastic-free stretch denim.

Good American Good Legs Side-Slit Skinny Jeans

Good American Good Legs Side-Slit Skinny Jeans (Were $179)
    $134 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

The Kardashians were the queens of skinny jeans at one point so it's no surprise Khloe Kardashian's Good American line makes a great pair.

Rag amp;amp; Bone Nina High-Rise Skinny Jeans (Were $238)

Rag Bone Nina High-Rise Skinny Jeans (Were $238)
    $119 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Good American Good Legs Skinny Jeans

Good American Good Legs Skinny Jeans (Were $139)
    $104 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Pro tip: Black skinny jeans are elevated enough to wear to the office. This Good American style is stretchy (read: comfortable) too.

    Mixed Materials

Split image of models at the Undercover, Fendi, Chloamp;eacute; fall 2024 runway shows wearing mixed washes denim looks

Playing with different textures—like the ones we saw at Fendi and Chloé—is a fun way to break up your denim selection this season.

    Getty Two-Tone Paneled Denim Jeans

Rails Getty Two-Tone Paneled Denim Jeans (Were $228)
    $171 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

    Westchase Straight-Leg Jeans

Moussy Vintage Westchase Straight-Leg Jeans (Were $380)
    $285 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

This pair from Moussy Vintage has that rigid, non-stretch feel that only improves with every wear.

    Jannie Two-Tone Denim Midi Skirt

Ramy Brook Jannie Two-Tone Denim Midi Skirt (Was $375)
    $187 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

This skirt has '70s fashion vibes written all over it. Pair it with clogs and a flowy blouse to complete the look.

    SLVRLAKE Re-Worked Two-Toned Jeans

    SLVRLAKE Re-Worked Two-Toned Jeans (Were $389)
    $195 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

At first glance, you may not notice what's so special about these jeans, but once you peek at the back, you'll understand. They have an entirely different wash, giving the illusion that you're wearing two pairs of jeans simultaneously.

Citizens of Humanity Pieced Horseshoe Baggy Wide-Leg Jeans

Citizens of Humanity Pieced Horseshoe Baggy Wide-Leg Jeans (Were $398)
    $299 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Not only do these jeans have mixed washes, but they also feature an extra baggy shape, making them a trend double-whammy.

    Shiny Details

    Claudine Metallic Kick-Flare Jeans

Paige Claudine Metallic Kick-Flare Jeans (Were $279)
    $209 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

This pair features the metallic trend in a cult-favorite fit: the kick-flare. Wearing them with black boots that come up higher on the ankle will elongate your legs.

    The Insider Flood Jeans

Mother The Insider Flood Jeans (Were $350)
    $263 AT NEIMAN MARCUS

I love this pair of studded jeans from Mother. They're more appropriate for daytime looks but offer more flair compared to your average jeans.

Ksubi Wonderland Playback Token Krystal Jeans

Ksubi Wonderland Playback Token Krystal Jeans (Were $240)
    $180 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Blame it on the Gen-Z in me, but I've always wanted to dress like Miley Cyrus in Hannah Montana. These bedazzled jeans instantly reminded me of that iconic character but all grown up.

Frame Le Jane Crop Studded Jeans

Frame Le Jane Crop Studded Jeans (Were $478)
    $239 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Studs and a faded grey wash give these jeans a punk-rock feel, so they just shot up to the top spot on my wishlist. If I had this pair in my closet, it would give me the excuse to pull out my concert tees and celebrity-adored Vans sneakers.

    Self-Portrait Rhinestone-Embellished Straight-Leg Jeans (Were $555)

    Self-Portrait Rhinestone-Embellished Straight-Leg Jeans (Were $555)
    $277 AT SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Got a bachelorette trip coming up? Wear these with a feathered bra top for extra texture. In need of a birthday look? Pair them with a black blazer and bralette. They work for so many special occasions.
